**How to Place an Order**
**Placing an Order:**
1. Complete adding items to your shopping cart.
2. You can choose to proceed through our website checkout or via PayPal.
3. If you wish to continue with our website checkout, please click the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.
4. If you prefer to proceed with PayPal, click the PayPal button.
5. You will be directed to our customer information page. You will be asked to enter:
- Email address
- Name
- Address
6. If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button so that your discount is calculated and applied to your order.
7. Continue by clicking the "Continue to shipping method" button. Ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address (if it is different from your billing address). Once everything is complete, click "Continue to payment method."
8. You will need to enter your payment details. You have the option to indicate if the shipping and billing details are the same.
9. After filling out the form, click the "Complete order" button. You will be directed to a screen that provides an order summary along with an on-screen order confirmation and a second confirmation via email.

**What Happens if Items are Missing or Incorrect Upon Receipt of My Order?**
If items are missing or incorrectly shipped, please contact us at vitaglow@gmail.com. Please provide your transaction reference number (order number) and proof (the image file size should be under 1 MB). We will be happy to resend you the correct item at no additional cost and will not require you to return the item that was mistakenly sent to you! You can keep it as a gift from us.

You will receive an email confirmation with the order number and details of your purchase.
**I Want to Change My Ordered Items. What Should I Do?**
